Crispy Bacon Parmesan Ranch Chicken

Is that title long enough for you? Well, let's kick this thing off with a simple yet delish recipe! This one is PERFECT....it is everything it's title says it is :) Here you go:
Crispy Bacon Parmesan Ranch Chicken
by Angel Shannon
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (tenders if you prefer)
  • 1 (16 oz) bottle Peppercorn Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ lb. bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
Pour dressing into shallow pan or pie plate; set aside. In a medium bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese and bacon together. Dip cleaned and dried chicken into dressing then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place prepared chicken in sprayed or lined 9x13-in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with buttery herb angel hair pasta! This recipe doubles easily.

I saw this recipe on one of my local morning shows, Good Things Utah. I knew immediately I needed to try it! It is DeLiSh and easy peasy. I think this would be a perfect dish to impress guests with because it is SOOO good and easy to prepare!

Helpful Hints:
* I already had Plain Bread Crumbs so I used those instead of Italian and just used a pinch of Tony Chachere's seasoning.
* I also used the Walmart Brand Italian Cheese blend instead of just using grated Parmesan Cheese to add some flavor to my Plain Bread Crumbs
* When placing chicken in your pan be sure to space them just enough so they are not touching. When you are ready to serve if they are touching the breading will get pulled off.
* I served the chicken with the Pasta Roni Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs but I also think it would be good over rice.

Enjoy!
